Parent portal
At Clarke Road School we use a parent portal apps to make communication and admin easier for families. School Bytes and ClassDojo are tools that help you:
- make payments quickly and securely
- stay up to date with school events
- digitally sign permission slips for school events
- record absences
- communicate with class teachers
Making a payment
School Bytes
Our school has implemented a system called School Bytes to manage payments. Parents/carers can visit the School Bytes portal at any time to make a payment online, view payment history and apply credit. For non-student payments, please contact the school for a payment link.
ClassDojo Application (App)
Class teachers use this app to send individual messages, whole class reminders and to exchange photos. ClassDojo can be used on a mobile or computer.
Teachers will use ClassDojo between 3 - 5pm to communicate to families. ClassDojo messages may be read before school.
Please note - class teachers cannot respond to messages when they are teaching.
